Delivery & Shipping Fees

• All standard parcels include a tracking number. Shipping fees and available delivery options will be displayed automatically after you enter your address.
• Domestic orders within Germany typically arrive within about 5 business days after dispatch. International orders usually take around 2 to 5 weeks, depending on the local logistics provider.
• Import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please note that due to U.S. regulations, parcels valued at over 100 USD and shipped to the United States must be sent via DHL Express.

Returns

I am most satisfied when you appreciate my work! That is why I hope to give you a friendly after-sales service. After you have received the product, please check carefully to see if all is intact, should you have any questions you're most welcome to message me ( if the product was damaged during transit or if you are unsure of how to wear the product, etc.), I will take care of it ASAP :)

The product can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase. It must be unused and in original condition. A refund or exchange will be processed only after confirmation of original condition.The customer is responsible for shipping costs and will be credited in full minus the initial shipping cost.

退換貨

如需辦理退換貨，請於收到商品後的7日內提出申請，商品必須維持原本的包裝，且未被使用過，經過確認商品的完整性後方能辦理退款及更換。退換貨的運費將由消費者負擔。
