Delivery & Shipping Fees

• All standard parcels include a tracking number. Shipping fees and available delivery options will be displayed automatically after you enter your address.
• Domestic orders within Germany typically arrive within about 5 business days after dispatch. International orders usually take around 2 to 5 weeks, depending on the local logistics provider.
• Import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please note that due to U.S. regulations, parcels valued at over 100 USD and shipped to the United States must be sent via DHL Express.

Returns

After you receive your product, please check it carefully to ensure everything is in perfect condition. If you have any questions or concerns, you are always welcome to contact me.

Custom items cannot be returned or canceled. However, if you are not satisfied with the final result, small adjustments may be possible. Please feel free to reach out so we can discuss your concerns. For all non-custom items, exchanges or returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition. A refund or exchange will be processed only after the original condition has been confirmed.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in full, minus the original shipping fee.
